EASA Part 145 Human Factors - Initial Training (GM 145.A.30 Chapter 10 excluded)

Module to comply with requirements of EASA AMC 145.A.30 (e) Initial Training according to syllabus GM 145.A.30 (e). Chapter 10 ""Organisation's HF program"" is excluded in this training. The MRO shall organise and coordinate the training of this module with the competent authority, on his behalf. The participants gain detailed knowledge in the field of Human Factors in order to reduce human error and its negative influence on the maintenance process, thus increasing safety, quality and efficiency.
